Sarah Susanka
Sarah Susanka, AIA, is the architect of the Home By Design Showhouse. The best-selling author of The Not So Big House book series and of Home By Design: Transforming Your House Into Home, Ms. Susanka is also a national speaker who encourages dialogue between homebuilding professionals and their customers, so that the houses they design and build, whether new or remodeled, are as fulfilling and inspiring as their customers' dreams.
Steve Easley
Steve Easley, an internationally recognized construction consultant, adds the building science perspective to the Home By Design Showhouse. Steve specializes in solving building science related problems and helping builders reduce their construction defects and call back costs. Steve's work has been featured in numerous print publications.
Paul Trudeau
Paul Trudeau and his firm, Hilltop Development, Inc. were the choice to build the Home By Design Showhouse. Paul has built homes for professional athletes, movie personalities and Fortune 500 members as well as local business owners. Hilltop Development's emphasis is on integrating automated, Internet accessible technologies into each luxury home design.
Patricia Gaylor
Patricia Gaylor has been featured in many major consumer publications including Home, Woman's Day, Cosmopolitan and Meredith titles which include Bedroom & Bath, Window & Wall Ideas, Do-it-Yourself and Home Planning Ideas. Ms. Gaylor marks her silver anniversary in interior design with the Home By Design Showhouse.
Craig Savage
Craig Savage is the man behind the curtain, putting the Home By Design Showcase together and providing vision and leadership for the project. He and the team at Building Media, Inc. have drawn upon the top names in the building industry to assemble the design and technology at the Showhouse itself, as well as the multi-media videos on this site.
Sandy Teger and Dave Waks
Sandy Teger and Dave Waks are the broadband architects and hosts of the Connected By Design Tour. This husband and wife team are broadband experts and founders of Broadband Home Central. They write a monthly newsletter for members of the residential broadband industry, with subscribers in more than 100 countries. As System Dynamics Inc. they have consulted for cable and telephone companies, consumer services companies, home networking and product companies, investors and industry organizations.
